Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our Position

Elevex LLC does not sell your personal information for money. We have never sold personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration, and we do not intend to do so.

However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), certain disclosures of personal information to advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes may fall within the CCPA's broad definitions of "selling" or "sharing." Examples include cookies and pixels used by Google, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn to measure ad performance and retarget visitors.

This page allows you to opt out of any such "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, regardless of whether you reside in California.

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the CCPA and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states, you have the right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information. You may also submit a request through an authorized agent.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request from consumers whose browsers transmit them.

How to Opt Out

You have three ways to submit your opt-out request:

• Use the request form at the bottom of this page — the fastest option.
• Email us at privacy@elevexmedia.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request."
• Adjust your cookie preferences using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer to disable non-essential advertising cookies.

We will process your request within 15 business days, as required by the CCPA. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request — this typically means confirming the email address associated with your account or a recent inquiry.

What Happens After You Submit

Within 15 business days of receiving your request, we will:

• Confirm receipt of your request by email;
• Instruct our advertising and analytics vendors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others) to treat your identifiers as opted out;
• Disable any cookies or pixels on our site that qualify as "sale" or "sharing" for your browser session, where technically feasible;
• Retain a record of your opt-out request as required by the CCPA (opt-out preferences must be honored for at least 12 months).

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Submitting an opt-out request will not affect the price or quality of any service we provide to you.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you, and we may contact you directly to verify the request.
