The Reputation Architects

Whether it's for you, your company, or both — we build the reputation you deserve

Public relations for founders and growing companies that want to become trusted voices in their industry—not just another name online.

We develop media strategy, write publication‑ready content, pitch relevant outlets, and help build a reputation that supports hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and long‑term growth.

You'll get it in writing: whether your story is newsworthy, where it could be placed, and what a realistic first step looks like. No call to schedule, no obligation, no sales pitch.

If you're building something valuable, this may sound familiar.

“Our company has grown—but outside our customers, almost nobody knows who we are.”
“Investors, partners, and candidates search for us online and find very little.”
“Our competitors are shaping the conversation while we stay invisible.”
“We publish content occasionally, but it rarely leads to meaningful visibility.”

The underlying dynamic: if prospects can't verify your credibility online, they create their own assumptions. Usually those assumptions are worse than reality.

88%
of buyers research a company online before ever reaching out
82%
trust a company more when its leadership is visible in the media
more inbound interest for companies positioned as thought leaders
Industry averages from published research (Edelman Trust Barometer, LinkedIn–Edelman B2B thought-leadership studies).
Who we work with

Different businesses.
Different reputation problems.

We don't run one‑size‑fits‑all PR. Every company stays invisible for a different reason — so we start from your specific credibility gap, not a template.

Founder‑Led Companies
“I've built a great product, but I'm not known in my industry.”
We help experienced leaders earn the public recognition they deserve — through media, speaking, and thought leadership.
Growing Companies
“We're entering new markets and need credibility to win customers and talent.”
We build visibility that supports hiring, fundraising, and expansion — not just a one‑off announcement.
Startups & Scale‑ups
“We're raising, and investors search for us online and find almost nothing.”
We build a credible public presence ahead of fundraising or an IPO — so the story is already there before investors look.
Premium Service Businesses
“Our pricing depends on trust, but we're not well‑known outside our current clients.”
We build the reputation that justifies premium positioning — through editorial coverage, awards, and executive visibility.
Our Approach

Credibility is earned long before someone becomes a customer.

Anyone can generate content. Very few companies consistently earn trust. Our work focuses on creating credible public visibility through thoughtful positioning, accurate storytelling, and relationships with respected publications. The goal isn't to create short‑term attention. It's to help people trust your expertise before the first conversation ever happens.

Editorial disciplineEvery article, press release, and opinion piece is researched, fact‑checked, and written to withstand questions from editors, journalists, and readers.
Meaningful media placementWe focus on publications that strengthen credibility—not low‑quality distribution networks or vanity placements that disappear after a few days.
Your expertise. Our execution. You remain the expert and the public voice. We handle positioning, writing, editing, and outreach while preserving your perspective and expertise.

★ Helping founders become trusted voices—not just visible ones

“I've spent 15+ years helping founders turn expertise into recognition.

I've worked with startups that went on to IPO, executives who needed to become visible in their industries, and companies facing reputation‑sensitive moments.

What I've learned: credibility isn't about volume. It's about being in the right places, saying the right things, and letting your work speak through people who matter.

I handle the strategy, writing, and outreach. You stay the expert.”

Bilingual EN/ES

Hispanic market entry

The US Hispanic B2B market is $2.8T and growing 2× the general market rate. Most PR practitioners can position for one language or the other; few can do both natively.

Fiorella is native EN and ES with editorial experience in both markets. This matters if:

Your company is entering the US Hispanic B2B market
You're a Hispanic-led founder positioning for US press and investors
You need executive positioning in both language markets simultaneously
You're expanding from Latin America into US markets

If this isn't relevant to you, ignore this block — most engagements are single-language.

Free first step

What you get in the free PR Express Audit

Not a vague overview and not a sales call in disguise. You get a written brief with three story angles you can credibly own, the outlets where they could realistically be placed, and an honest answer on whether your story is newsworthy at all. If it isn't yet, we say so and tell you what would change that.

Three angles

Three specific story angles your business can credibly own right now — built from what you already do, not invented for a press release.

Where to publish

A shortlist of publications, podcasts, and expert-comment opportunities realistic for your sector and your size. Not a wish list of national titles.

What's missing

The assets a journalist will look for and you don't have yet — fact sheet, executive bio, a usable data point, a spokesperson who can be quoted.

An honest read

Whether your story is newsworthy today, and what a realistic first step looks like. If PR isn't your bottleneck, we tell you that instead of selling you a retainer.

Written brief, no obligation, no fee. Fiorella prepares it personally — an audit takes real work, so there is a limit to how many we take each month.

Pricing

Every engagement begins with your objectives—not a package.

No two companies have the same story, goals, or media opportunities. That's why we don't use fixed packages or one‑size‑fits‑all pricing. We first understand your objectives, evaluate the opportunity, and recommend the most effective approach. Only then do we prepare a proposal.

Accountability

How we measure PR success

Most of the PR industry measures itself with vanity metrics that don't touch your P&L. We don't.

What we don't measure PR by

  • Number of press releases sent
  • Impressions or "reach"
  • Ad-value equivalency (AVE)
  • Vanity mentions in low-traffic outlets

What we do measure

  • Qualified inbound inquiries citing coverage
  • Branded search volume growth
  • Speaking invitations and expert-comment requests
  • Backlinks from authoritative media (DR 60+)
  • Founder mentions in analyst reports and podcasts
  • Time-to-trust in enterprise sales cycles

Quarterly reporting with the same discipline you'd expect from a financial advisor. If a metric didn't move, we say so.

Proof

What successful engagements usually produce

Every company starts from a different place, so no two engagements look exactly alike. Instead of promising identical outcomes, we focus on building assets that continue creating value long after a campaign ends.

Editorial placements have included national business and trade publications, industry-specific outlets, and long-form interview features — spanning finance, tech, and consumer brands.

Stronger executive visibility

Founders become recognizable experts

Through articles, interviews, commentary, and consistent public positioning, our clients become the people journalists call when they need an expert opinion.

What you get: a bylined article ready for pitching, a media-ready executive bio, and a target outlet list — reviewed and approved by you before anything goes out.
Better media presence

Relevant publications create credibility

Coverage in respected outlets supports hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and sales conversations—often long after the article is published.

What you get: direct outreach to relevant editors and journalists, a tracked pitch log, and placement follow-up — no mass-blast press-release spam.
A reputation you control

Instead of reacting, you shape the narrative

We help you develop a long‑term communication strategy that actively shapes public perception, rather than reacting to search results or reviews.

What you get: a proactive communication plan, consistent messaging across channels, and a quarterly reputation review — so you're building the narrative, not reacting to it.

Results depend on your industry, timing, newsworthiness, and participation. We never guarantee media coverage or specific business outcomes. We do guarantee thoughtful strategy, high editorial standards, and transparent communication throughout the engagement.

Next Step

The strongest reputations are built deliberately—not accidentally.

If you're ready to become a more credible voice in your industry, tell us what's happening in the business. You'll get a written response from a named person — that's how everything here works.

No pressure, no obligation, and no phone number to call. Just an honest written answer on whether PR is the right next step — including "not yet" if that's the truth.

Honest comparison

Small senior team vs. big PR firm — when each is right

When we're better than a big PR firm (Edelman, Weber Shandwick, FleishmanHillard)
— You're pre-Series C or family-owned (big firms treat you as a junior account)
— You need the founder to be the story (big firms slot you into a template)
— You need decisions made this week (big firms staff up in 6 weeks)
— You value editorial standards over volume
— You need bilingual EN/ES founder positioning (rare in big firms)
When a big firm is better than us
— You need 24/7 crisis coverage across multiple markets
— You need 40+ deliverables per month
— You need on-the-ground presence in 5+ US cities
— Budget $50K+/month with dedicated team required

If you're between us and them, write to us first — we'll tell you honestly if you should be talking to a bigger firm instead.

How We Work

A clear process from strategy to publication

Our work follows a structured editorial process. That keeps every engagement focused, efficient, and aligned with your business objectives.

1

Discovery

We learn about your business, goals, audience, and existing visibility.

Deliverable: 1-page brief on current visibility + credibility gap analysis.

2

Story Strategy

Together we identify the strongest narrative and the publications where it belongs.

Deliverable: Positioning document, messaging framework, target media list, editorial roadmap.

3

Editorial Development

We prepare articles, press releases, opinion pieces, and supporting materials with your approval at every stage.

Deliverable: Draft article, press release, or opinion piece for your review before any outreach.

4

Media Outreach

We approach relevant editors, journalists, and publications with tailored pitches—not mass distribution.

Deliverable: Pitch tracking sheet with editor responses (transparent, in real time). No inflated "placement" claims.

5

Long‑Term Reputation

After publication, we help strengthen your public presence through consistent communication and ongoing reputation management if needed.

Deliverable: Monthly reputation dashboard + quarterly review.

We're not the right fit if you're looking for:

Overnight publicity or guaranteed front‑page coverage
Paid placements disguised as editorial
A quick fix for a damaged reputation without doing the work
PR as a checkbox—without willingness to invest time in interviews, reviews, or collaboration

If that sounds like you, we'll be the first to say we're not a good match—and we'll point you toward someone who might be.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Do you guarantee media coverage? +
No. Any agency that does is either lying or buying placements that don't matter. Editorial coverage cannot be guaranteed—it's earned. What we do guarantee: a strategy that makes coverage more likely, editorial quality that editors respect, and transparent communication throughout. If we don't think there's a story worth pitching, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.
How quickly can we expect results? +
Some opportunities appear within weeks. Others take several months. Public credibility is built gradually, and we optimize for long‑term value rather than short‑term visibility.
We've never worked with PR before. Is that a problem? +
Not at all. Many of our clients begin with a single project before deciding whether ongoing PR makes sense for their business.
Do you only work with U.S. companies? +
No. We work with businesses entering or expanding within the U.S. market, regardless of where they are headquartered.
Can PR generate leads directly? +
Sometimes, yes. A well-placed bylined article in a trade publication your ICP reads has generated 20–40 qualified inbounds within a month for prior clients. But that's the exception, not the rule. PR primarily makes other channels convert better — a cold email becomes a "we've read about you" cold email. Sales cycles shorten. Investors don't need convincing you're real. Direct lead flow from PR alone is a bonus, not the reason to invest.
